Nourishing Your Nervous System

A 5-week Course with 5 Internationally Recognized Women.

Nourishing Your Nervous System is a gentle, empowering program designed to help you cultivate resilience, begin healing from trauma, and reduce the lingering effects of stress, so you can thrive even in life’s most challenging seasons.

Whether you are new to how the nervous system works or already practising in the field of somatic psychology, this course meets you wherever you are. The methods you will learn are simple, direct, and accessible to every level, offered in service of nourishing and supporting your nervous system from the inside out.

Here, you will gather practical tools for working with trauma and the body. Alongside the theory, you will develop your own resources and embodiment practices, and you will learn to feel and recognize the subtle language of your nervous system. As that fluency grows, so does your capacity for vitality, connection, love, and joy.

Embodiment is an essential foundation on the path of wellness. It strengthens your resilience and your ability to hold yourself through life’s inevitable challenges, while supporting your body’s capacity to digest and metabolize residual emotion and trauma. This is work that nurtures thriving health on every level. It touches your ancestral lines, and ultimately, it ripples out into the world.

We wish you health, vitality and joy!

Cultivating Healing in the World

One Nervous System at a Time!

Nourishing Your Nervous System brings together five teachers over five weeks, each offering a distinct doorway into the same living territory: your body, your nervous system, and your capacity to heal. Each guide arrives with their own lineage and gifts, and together they weave a path that moves from the physical to the energetic, from the science of the body to the wisdom that lives beneath it.

You will begin with the foundations. Dr. Sharon Stanley opens the course with the architecture of the nervous system, the vagus nerve, and polyvagal theory. She brings these ideas to life through grounding, titration, and gentle therapeutic practices for working with trauma, including the generational threads we carry from those who came before us. This is the bedrock the rest of the course is built upon, an understanding of how your body holds experience and how it can begin to soften and release.

From there, Andrea Larsen turns toward the gut-brain connection, where so much of our resilience is quietly shaped. Drawing on years as a herbalist and holistic nutritional consultant, she explores how nutrition, herbal medicine, and the microbiome influence your inner ecology, your mood, and your capacity to meet stress. You will come away with a felt sense of how deeply nourishment and regulation are intertwined.

Then the path widens. Mukti guides you into the energetics of embodiment and the nervous system as it relates to spiritual unfolding. Through teachings on non-duality, inquiry, and qi gong, she invites you to hold two states at once, to meet your patterns with curiosity, and to sense the spaciousness that is always present beneath them.

In the fourth week, I share the work closest to my own practice: the psoas, the fascia, and the living conversation between body and mind. Together we will move through somatic meditation, breathwork for the parasympathetic state, and gentle inquiry into the triggers, thoughts, and beliefs that take up residence in the body. My hope is that you leave with practices you can return to again and again, and a deeper trust in your own resilience.

Christy Greenwood closes the journey with embodied movement. Through shaking, tapping, and a rewilding movement practice, she helps you restore rhythm and vitality and reconnect to the wild wisdom of your own innate genius. It is a joyful, freeing way to integrate everything the weeks before have opened.

Across these five weeks, you will gather practical tools, embodiment practices, and a deeper fluency in the subtle language of your body. Whether you are new to this work or already practising in the somatic field, the course meets you exactly where you are and offers a clear, supported path toward vitality, resilience, connection, and ease.
